Honey Garlic Lamb Ribs

Ingredients

- 4 lbs lamb back ribs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cut ribs into serving size pieces; place in a large resealable plastic bag.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
- 3 seal bag; turn serveral times.
- 4 refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally.
- 5 drain ribs, reserving marinade.
- 6 return marinade to the refrigerator.
- 7 place ribs on a rack in a greased shallow baking pan.
- 8 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
- 9 drain.
- 10 pour the marinade over the ribs.
- 11 bake, uncovered, 45 minutes longer or until meat is tender, brushing occasionally with pan juices.
