- 1 lb lamb loin
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except the lambloin.
- 2 coat the lambloin with the sauce.
- 3 roast in a 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally until the meat thermometer register 155 - 160 degrees.
- 4 slice thinly.
