Honey Mustard Lamb Loin

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb loin
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except the lambloin.
  • 2 coat the lambloin with the sauce.
  • 3 roast in a 375 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, basting occasionally until the meat thermometer register 155 - 160 degrees.
  • 4 slice thinly.
