Honey Mustard Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 4 (3/4 lb) lamb tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 stir together 1st 5 ingredients.
  • 2 well blended.
  • 3 place lamb in large greased casserole dish.
  • 4 sprinkle evenly salt and pepper.
  • 5 pour honey mixture over lamb.
  • 6 bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes middle should be slight pink.
