Honey Mustard Lamb Tenderloin

- 3/4 cup honey
- 6 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 6 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 4 (3/4 lb) lamb tenderloin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 stir together 1st 5 ingredients.
- 2 well blended.
- 3 place lamb in large greased casserole dish.
- 4 sprinkle evenly salt and pepper.
- 5 pour honey mixture over lamb.
- 6 bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes middle should be slight pink.
