Ingredients

• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup chili sauce
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 teaspoons chili paste (more or less depending on taste)
• 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes (more or less depending on taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 garlic, minced
• 1/2 onion, minced

Recipe

• 1 combine the ingredients for the marinade in a zip lock bag. add the meat and marinate.
