Indonesian Lamb Roast

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 lbs boneless lamb roast
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
Recipe
- 1 combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, five spice and cayenne.
- 2 place lamb roast in 3 1/2 -quart slow cooker.
- 3 spoon spice mixture over top of roast.
- 4 cover and cook on low heat setting 6 1/2 -7 hours or until lamb is tender.
- 5 remove roast from slow cooker.
- 6 stir peanut butter into juices until smooth.
- 7 spoon sauce over sliced roast.
