- 4 (8 ounce) boneless lamb ribs (trimmed)
- 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate (thawed)
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup rosemary (minced)
- 4 garlic cloves (minced)
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 combine all. cover. chill 24 hours, turning often.
- 2 heat oven 400.
- 3 place lamb and marinade in a 9x9 baking dish.
- 4 bake 30-35 minutes or until browned.
