Lorimary Lamb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (8 ounce) boneless lamb ribs (trimmed)
  • 1/2 cup apple juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup rosemary (minced)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 combine all. cover. chill 24 hours, turning often.
  • 2 heat oven 400.
  • 3 place lamb and marinade in a 9x9 baking dish.
  • 4 bake 30-35 minutes or until browned.
