- 1 (8 -10 lb) ham
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3 teaspoons rosemary (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
Recipe
- 1 make deep cuts all over ham.
- 2 puree the garlic, rosemary, fennel and oil. season.
- 3 rub into cuts.
- 4 wrap tightly. chill 24 hours.
- 5 heat oven 300.
- 6 place ham in a roasting pan.
- 7 roast 3 hours.
