Lori's Ham

Total Time: 27 hrs Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (8 -10 lb) ham
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 teaspoons rosemary (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 make deep cuts all over ham.
  • 2 puree the garlic, rosemary, fennel and oil. season.
  • 3 rub into cuts.
  • 4 wrap tightly. chill 24 hours.
  • 5 heat oven 300.
  • 6 place ham in a roasting pan.
  • 7 roast 3 hours.
