Mama Lorettes Tourtiere

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs ground lean lamb
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • salt & pepper (to taste)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups cracker crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 simmer the lamb, water, onion, salt n pepper and the garlic powder until cooked through-out.
  • 2 add cracker crumbs.
  • 3 stirr it all together and put into pie shells.
  • 4 bake @ 400 degrees until golden brown.
