Mandarin Glazed Lamb Chops

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 thick lamb chops
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb chops on both sides in hot oil.
  • 2 drain mandarin oranges, saving juice.
  • 3 combine 1/2 cup juice with remaining ingredients; pour over lamb chops.
  • 4 pour oranges over all.
  • 5 cover and simmer gently for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
