Mandarin Glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 6 thick lamb chops
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops on both sides in hot oil.
- 2 drain mandarin oranges, saving juice.
- 3 combine 1/2 cup juice with remaining ingredients; pour over lamb chops.
- 4 pour oranges over all.
- 5 cover and simmer gently for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
