Melt In Your Mouth Lamb Loin

Ingredients

- 1 boneless lamb loin
- 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
- 1 (7 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
Recipe
- 1 set oven at 300 degrees fahrenheit.
- 2 take a large sheet of tin foil; shake half of the soup mix in the center of the foil.
- 3 place your lamb loin on the sprinkled soup mix, fat side up.
- 4 shake the rest of the soup mix on the top of the lamb loin.
- 5 drain can of mushrooms well; place over the top of the lamb loin.
- 6 wrap the meat up in the foil. you may need to double wrap depending on the thickness of the meat.
- 7 place the wrapped up lamb loin in a 13 x 9 rectangular pan.
- 8 bake for 3 to 4 hours depending on the size of the loin; use a meat thermometer if you are not sure.
- 9 you may use the drippings for gravy; i do and it is delicious.
