Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 lb cooked spaghetti
- 1 lb smoked beef, chicken or 1 lb lamb
- hot sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil and then simmer veggies until soft. add all other ingriedients and simmer.
