Noah's Lamb Roast Via Crock Pot

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 4 lbs boneless boston lamb roast
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 3 tablespoons brown gravy mix
Recipe
- 1 add 1 cup of water with garlic powder, rosemary, and basil to crock pot.
- 2 add the lamb roast.
- 3 cook it in the crock pot for 7-9 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high.
- 4 temp it out above 165°f.
- 5 remove from crock pot and let sit 10 minutes.
- 6 empty the crock pot then add brown gravy and remaining water. mix well.
- 7 cut the roast apart and remove majority of rthe fat.
- 8 the roast should easily peel apart.
- 9 add the roast back to the crock pot and cook for 1 hour on high or until gravy is thick.
