Ingredients
- 1 -2 lb lamb loin
- 1 1/2 cups orange marmalade
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
- 2 fine diced green onions
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger
- 1/4 cup mirrin wine
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
Recipe
- 1 add most of sauce to lamb and bake on 400 1 hour and fifteen minutes, basting regularly with rest of sauce.
