Ham Balls With Hawaiian Punch Sauce

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb ground ham
- 3/4 lb ground lamb
- 2/3 cup quick oats
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 2/3 cup hawaiian punch drink
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 6 whole cloves
- 1/3 cup dark corn syrup
Recipe
- 1 ham balls: mix all ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls.
- 2 put on baking sheet.
- 3 bake 350* about 20 minutes.
- 4 sauce: in a pan combine brown sugar,flour,and mustard mix well.
- 5 add punch and vinegar mix well, add cloves and syrup.
- 6 cook over medium heat stir constantly until thickened and becomes clear.
- 7 place ham balls in a chafing dish or crock pot pour sauce over balls.
