Ham Balls With Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/4 lbs cooked ham, ground
- 2/3 lb fresh ground lamb
- 2/3 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup cracker crumb
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 2 tablespoons green peppers, diced fine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 combine ham, lamb& beef.
- 2 add eggs, tomato juice, crumbs, onion, green pepper& salt.
- 3 shape into balls, (slightly larger than golf balls).
- 4 place in a 9x13 baking dish.
- 5 bake@ 350 for 1 hour.
- 6 meanwhile, combine sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.
- 7 cook& stir until sugar is dissolved.
- 8 pour over hamballs.
- 9 bake 30-45 minutes longer.
