Honey-glazed Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 4 america's cut butterfly lamb chops
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon cabernet sauvignon wine or 1 tablespoon cooking sherry
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 inch gingerroot, grated
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 season lamb with salt and pepper and set aside while you prepare the glaze.
- 2 in a small pan mix honey, cabernet sauvignon, orange juice, oil and ginger heat slowly stiring continuously, until all of the ingredients are well blended.
- 3 cook lamb chops on grill 8 mins on each side or until fully cooked.
- 4 brush glaze on the chops and grill another 2-4 mins on each side bsting frequently with glaze.
- 5 serve hot.
- 6 (note) america's cut is atleast 1" thick.
