Ingredients

- 1 bag egg noodles, cooked to pkg instructions
- 1 jar sauerkraut, rinsed
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- sour cream
Recipe
- 1 cook onions in butter until translucent.
- 2 add sauerkraut.
- 3 cook approx 20 minutes.
- 4 toss with cooked egg noodles.
- 5 serve with sour cream.
- 6 this is great with lamb chops or sausage.
