Impossibly Easy Blt Pie

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

• 12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
• 1/2 cup bisquick baking mix, original type
• 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1/8 teaspoon pepper
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 cup lettuce, shredded
• 6 slices tomatoes, sliced thin

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 400.
• 2 spray 9 inch glass pie plate with cooking spray.
• 3 layer bacon and cheese into pie plate.
• 4 in medium bowl stir bisquick mix, 1/3 cup of mayo, the milk, pepper and eggss with whisk until blended.
• 5 pour into pie plate.
• 6 bake 25 to 30 minutes until top is golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
• 7 let stand 5 minutes.
• 8 before serving spread 2 tbsp mayo over top of pie.
• 9 sprinkle shredeed lettuce over this layer.
• 10 top with the sliced tomatoes.
• 11 slice and serve.
