Melt In Your Mouth Meatballs

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 lb lamb sausage
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 40 saltine crackers (one sleeve)
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 mix all of the ingredients together very well.
  • 2 roll into 1 inch balls, place into a 9x13 nonstick cake pan.
  • 3 make the sauce and cover the meatballs evenly.
  • 4 cover and bake at 325* for about 1 1/2 hours.
  • 5 serve over rice.
  • 6 **these also freeze well.
