Melt In Your Mouth Meatballs

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 lb lamb sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 40 saltine crackers (one sleeve)
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix all of the ingredients together very well.
- 2 roll into 1 inch balls, place into a 9x13 nonstick cake pan.
- 3 make the sauce and cover the meatballs evenly.
- 4 cover and bake at 325* for about 1 1/2 hours.
- 5 serve over rice.
- 6 **these also freeze well.
