Mushroom Garlic Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms (reserve liquid)
- 4 lamb chops (~8 oz. each)
- 1/2 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 add oil to pan & heat.
- 2 fry lambchops about 5-7 minutes per side.
- 3 combine milk, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms with liquid & garlic powder.
- 4 remove lambchops from pan.
- 5 add soup mixture to pan & bring to a boil.
- 6 put lambchops back in pan let simmer 5 minutes.
- 7 serve immediately.
