Mushroom Garlic Lamb Chops

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (4 ounce) cans mushrooms (reserve liquid)
  • 4 lamb chops (~8 oz. each)
  • 1/2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 add oil to pan & heat.
  • 2 fry lambchops about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • 3 combine milk, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms with liquid & garlic powder.
  • 4 remove lambchops from pan.
  • 5 add soup mixture to pan & bring to a boil.
  • 6 put lambchops back in pan let simmer 5 minutes.
  • 7 serve immediately.
