Ingredients

- 2 lamb tenderloin (1 lb. each)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) condensed french onion soup, undiluted
- hot mashed potatoes (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place lamb in a 3-1/2 to 4 quart crockpot.
- 2 in a bowl, combine the soups; stir until smooth. pour over lamb.
- 3 cover and cook on lo setting for 4-5 hours or until the meat is tender. serve with mashed potatoes, if desired.
