Mushroom Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lamb tenderloin (1 lb. each)
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) condensed french onion soup, undiluted
  • hot mashed potatoes (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place lamb in a 3-1/2 to 4 quart crockpot.
  • 2 in a bowl, combine the soups; stir until smooth. pour over lamb.
  • 3 cover and cook on lo setting for 4-5 hours or until the meat is tender. serve with mashed potatoes, if desired.
