- 4 boneless lamb chops
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 brown chops in oil; cook and turn, until done, about 10 minutes.
- 2 remove and keep warm.
- 3 saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic.
- 4 add marmalade and soy sauce.
- 5 cook and stir until heated through.
- 6 pour over chops.
