My Version Of Asian Lamb Burger

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 lb mushroom, finely chopped
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 4 -5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 4 -5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 -3 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients together.
  • 2 let sit for about 15 minutes or more in the refrigerator.
  • 3 press the mixtures into patties, how many depends on the size you want.
  • 4 cook on the grill, stove top until they are cooked throughly.
  • 5 serve on buns.
  • 6 enjoy!
