Ingredients

• 6 -8 center-cut lamb chops
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup coca-cola
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• salt and pepper

Recipe

• 1 salt and pepper each lamb chop to taste and place in a 9x13 baking dish. mix the coca cola and the ketchup together and pour over the top of the lamb chops. generously sprinkle the brown sugar over the top. bake at 350 for 1 hour and enjoy!
