Mustard Crusted Lamb Tenderloin

- 1 lb lamb tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons prepared hot mustard
- cracked black pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f (can also be prepared on the barbecue).
- 2 skin the silver from the tenderloin.
