Grainy Mustard Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 cups lamb stock or 1 1/4 cups veal stock, reduced
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 4 tablespoons grainy mustard
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.
  • 2 simmer for 20 minutes until sauce has reduced and thickened slightly.
  • 3 keep warm until ready to serve with meat.
