Honey Lemon Schnitzel

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb cutlets
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey

Recipe

  • 1 combine the flour, salt and pepper in a large plastic bag.
  • 2 add lamb, two pieces at a time, shake to coat.
  • 3 cook lamb in butter in large skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until juices run clear. remove and keep warm.
  • 4 add lemon juice and honey to the skillet; cook and stir for 3 minutes or until thickened. return lamb to pan . cook 2-3 minutes longer or until heated through.
