Honey Mustard Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons chicken flavor instant bouillon
- 2 (3/4 lb) lamb tenderloin
Recipe
- 1 in large plastic ziploc bag, combine all ingredients, except the tenderloins; add tenderloins, secure bag and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
- 2 preheat oven to 325.
- 3 remove tendorloins from the bag and place on foil lined shallow baking pan.
- 4 pour remaining marinade in small saucepan and simmer.
- 5 bake lamb tenderloins in oven for 1 hour basting frequently with marinade.
