Honey Mustard Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 25 hrs Preparation Time: 24 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons chicken flavor instant bouillon
  • 2 (3/4 lb) lamb tenderloin

Recipe

  • 1 in large plastic ziploc bag, combine all ingredients, except the tenderloins; add tenderloins, secure bag and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
  • 2 preheat oven to 325.
  • 3 remove tendorloins from the bag and place on foil lined shallow baking pan.
  • 4 pour remaining marinade in small saucepan and simmer.
  • 5 bake lamb tenderloins in oven for 1 hour basting frequently with marinade.
