North Carolina Lamb Bbq (for Slow Cooker)

Total Time: 10 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs boneless lamb butt or 3 lbs boneless lamb shoulder or 3 lbs boneless lamb blade roast or 3 lbs lamb loin
  • 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 1. combine all ingredients in crock pot.
  • 2 2. cover and cook 8-10 hours on low, or 5 hours on high.
