Ingredients

- 3 lbs boneless lamb butt or 3 lbs boneless lamb shoulder or 3 lbs boneless lamb blade roast or 3 lbs lamb loin
- 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
Recipe
- 1 1. combine all ingredients in crock pot.
- 2 2. cover and cook 8-10 hours on low, or 5 hours on high.
