Honey Dump Lamb Chops -oamc

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 boneless lamb chops
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, blend all ingredients except chops thoroughly.
  • 2 place lamb chops and blended mixture in freezer bag.
  • 3 seal and freeze flat.
  • 4 to serve: thaw completely.
  • 5 dump chops and marinade in baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, or until meat is 160 degrees in center.
