Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 boneless lamb chops
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 in blender, blend all ingredients except chops thoroughly.
- 2 place lamb chops and blended mixture in freezer bag.
- 3 seal and freeze flat.
- 4 to serve: thaw completely.
- 5 dump chops and marinade in baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes, or until meat is 160 degrees in center.
