Japanese Teriyaki Lamb Chops Temptation

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 16 ounces lamb loin chops
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion
Recipe
- 1 place all sauce ingredients into small pan and heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture is well combined. cool.
- 2 place chops, marinade, tabasco and green onions into plastic storage bag. marinate for 4 hours or overnight.
- 3 remove lamb chops from marinade; discarding sauce.
- 4 heat skillet over med-high heat. add chops and cook for 4 minutes. turn over and cook for another 3 minutes.
