Healthy Meatballs

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 800 g minced meat (mixed beef and or or lamb and or or lamb)
  • 1 big onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed
  • 1 egg
  • 70 g tomato puree
  • dill, parsley, cayenne pepper, curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
