Lea & Perrins Lamb Loin Roast

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 1/2 lbs lean boneless lamb loin
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1 cup lea & perrins chicken marinade (divided0)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 in large uncovered oven proof pot heat oil.
- 3 sprinkle lamb with flour, paprika and brown in the hot oil.
- 4 arrange onion slices on top roast and around it pour 1/2 c lea & perrins over the roast.
- 5 roast in oven for 1 hour or until done basting occasionally with the remaining chicken marinade.
- 6 remove roast from pot to serving platter add remaing chicken marinade to pot bring to boil and serve along side of roast.
