Lea & Perrins Lamb Loin Roast

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 1/2 lbs lean boneless lamb loin
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 cup lea & perrins chicken marinade (divided0)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 in large uncovered oven proof pot heat oil.
  • 3 sprinkle lamb with flour, paprika and brown in the hot oil.
  • 4 arrange onion slices on top roast and around it pour 1/2 c lea & perrins over the roast.
  • 5 roast in oven for 1 hour or until done basting occasionally with the remaining chicken marinade.
  • 6 remove roast from pot to serving platter add remaing chicken marinade to pot bring to boil and serve along side of roast.
