Ingredients

- 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 2 cups canned diced tomatoes
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, brown together sausage, onion and green pepper.
- 2 add tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni and seasonings.
- 3 cover and simmer 20 minutes.
