Mexican Lamb

Ingredients

- 6 large lamb chops
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole tomatoes
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb into small pieces.
- 2 heat oil in skillet and add lamb.
- 3 salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 fry until lamb is brown.
- 5 put in water and simmer, add green chilies and simmer another 30 minutes.
- 6 mash 2 tomatoes and add to the lamb mixture.
- 7 combine flour and some cold water to make a paste, and add to the lamb mixture to thicken.
- 8 serve in tortillas.
