Mexican Lamb

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 large lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole tomatoes

Recipe

  • 1 cut lamb into small pieces.
  • 2 heat oil in skillet and add lamb.
  • 3 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 fry until lamb is brown.
  • 5 put in water and simmer, add green chilies and simmer another 30 minutes.
  • 6 mash 2 tomatoes and add to the lamb mixture.
