Moist Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 5 medium lamb chops
  • 4 teaspoons beef bouillon
  • 3 cups hot water
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil on medium high and brown both sides of lamb chops.
  • 2 dissolve beef boullion in the 3 cups of hot water and pour over lamb.
  • 3 pepper lightly and sprinkle onions over all.
  • 4 cover and lower heat and let simmer for 1 hour. the longer the better.
  • 5 remove chops and keep warm. if you want gravy mix 1 1/2 tbsp flour with 1/4 cup water until there are no lumps. slowly stir flour mixture into pan and stir until thick. can be poured over lamb chops before serving.
