My Lamb Chops A Roni

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 lamb chops (any cut)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 lb spaghetti, uncooked
  • onion salt
  • 1/4 cup beef base or 1/4 cup beef broth

Recipe

  • 1 add salt and peppered lamb chops to fat in pan and sear until lightly browned.
  • 2 remove from fat.
