My Lamb Chops A Roni

Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 lamb chops (any cut)
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1/4 lb spaghetti, uncooked

- 1/4 cup beef base or 1/4 cup beef broth
Recipe
