Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
- 1/4 cup onion, finely minced
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 2 pat into 1-inch meatballs.
- 3 fry in olive oil until browned, approximately 3 minutes per side.
