Microwave Stuffed Lamb Chops

• 4 lamb chops, 1-inch thick
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 teaspoons mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 (6 ounce) package seasoned stuffing mix, prepared

Recipe

• 1 cut pocket in lambchops. stuff with stuffing mix.
• 2 mix 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and chili powder. brush 1/2 of the mixture over lambchops.
• 3 cover with waxed paper. microwave at medium power for 35 to 40 minutes. rotate 1/2 turn after 15 minutes. let stand for 5 minutes. brush with remaining glaze.
