- 2 lbs boneless lamb ribs
- 1 -2 bottle honey barbecue sauce
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- 2 cook on low 6-8 hours stirring occasionally.
- 3 keep whole or break up into small pieces.
- 4 serve with left over sauce mix.
- 5 enjoy.
