Ingredients
- 8 beef short ribs (3-4lbs) or 1 lamb rib rack (3-4lbs)
- 4 tablespoons jerk sauce (store bought)
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 boil ribs in water for 40 minutes - 1 hr
- 2 mix all the sauces together
- 3 marinade ribs for 4-8 hrs
- 4 grill ribs for 20 -30 minutes
- 5 serve immediately.
