James Beard's Chinese Ginger And Lamb Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 lb ground lean lamb
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup minced water chestnut
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • cracker crumb
  • 20 mushroom caps
  • 1 small mushroom cap

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the ingredients.
  • 2 stuff the mushroom caps.
  • 3 sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • 5 step back and prepare for praise.
