Ingredients

- 1 lb ground lean lamb
- 2 tablespoons minced green onions
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup minced water chestnut
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- cracker crumb
- 20 mushroom caps
- 1 small mushroom cap
Recipe
- 1 mix all the ingredients.
- 2 stuff the mushroom caps.
- 3 sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 4 bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
