Ingredients
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 grinds black pepper
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 fresh garlic clove
Recipe
- 1 whisk together all ingredients and spread over leg of lamb.
- 2 broil for 5 minutes.
- 3 turn over to 400.
- 4 roast until the meat is cooked to your liking.
- 5 let it sit for about 5 minutes and carve.
