Ingredients
- 2 1/2 tablespoons hot chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, stir all the ingredients. store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
- 2 great on baby back ribs, lamb loin or tenderloin, lamb butt, whole chicken, chicken breasts and thighs.
