Memphis Spice Rub

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons hot chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, stir all the ingredients. store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
  • 2 great on baby back ribs, lamb loin or tenderloin, lamb butt, whole chicken, chicken breasts and thighs.
