Mustard And Orange Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 small lamb loin chops
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons finely grated orange zest
  • 1 clove crushed garlic (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons light brown sugar or 3 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 trim excess fat from lamb chops.
  • 2 mix orange zest, garlic and thyme into a paste.
  • 3 add mustard, brown sugar and olive oil, mix together.
