Greek Style Lamb

Total Time: 38 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb tenderloin, boneless
  • 1/2 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 ounces feta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 trim fat from lamb. cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
  • 2 in a large nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, brown lamb,peppers, and onion, drain off any fat.
  • 3 stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes
  • 4 sprinkle feta over lamb and serve immediately.
