Greek Style Lamb

Ingredients

- 1 lb lamb tenderloin, boneless
- 1/2 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 ounces feta cheese
Recipe
- 1 trim fat from lamb. cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
- 2 in a large nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, brown lamb,peppers, and onion, drain off any fat.
- 3 stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. bring to a boil. reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes
- 4 sprinkle feta over lamb and serve immediately.
