Hoisin Spareribs

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce (this can be purchased in any asian section of your grocery store)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 4 -5 cloves minced fresh garlic
  • 2 lbs lamb ribs, cut crosswise

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 4 ingredients.
  • 2 rub all over the ribs to coat well.
  • 3 cover, and refrigerate for 3 or more hours.
  • 4 remove from fridge; grill over medium heat, turning once or twice, or until ribs are slightly charred and cooked.
  • 5 let cool slightly; cut into bite-size pieces.
  • 6 serve with any leftover sauce.
  • 7 note: if you prefer lots of sauce, just double the recipe.
