Mapled Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/4 cup chopped onion 
- 1 tablespoon vinegar 
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce 
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper 
- 1/4 cup maple syrup 
- 1/2 cup water 
- 6 lamb chops, 1 inch thick 
Recipe
- 1 preheat your oven to 350 degrees. 
- 2 lightly brown the lamb chops in a skillet. 
- 3 arrange the chops in an even layer in a baking dish. 
- 4 combine remaining ingredients and pour over the chops. 
- 5 cover and bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally. 
- 6 remove the covering and continue baking for 15 minutes more.
