Holiday Baked Ham

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 kelly's k baked ham
  • 1 (12 ounce) box light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup yellow mustard
  • 1 (8 ounce) can coke
  • honey or maple syrup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can pineapple slices in heavy syrup

Recipe

  • 1 mix the sugar, mustard & coke.
  • 2 spray roasting pan with non stick spray.
  • 3 line roasting pan with heavy duty aluminum foil.
  • 4 spray foil with non stick spray.
  • 5 wash ham.
  • 6 score ham with knife.
  • 7 place ham flat side down.
  • 8 baste the ham with glaze.
  • 9 drizzle a little honey over top of ham
  • 10 place pineapple slices on ham and secure with toothpicks.
  • 11 wrap ham tightly with foil resembling a tent.
  • 12 bake ham at 250.
  • 13 1 hour per pound.
  • 14 baste ham throughout cook time if possible.
  • 15 save the gravy that is cooked off the ham and when ham is cut pour gravy over ham.
