Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 green pepper, diced
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
• 1 lb ground chuck
• 1/2 lb bulk lamb sausage meat
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 3/4 cup ketchup, divided

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350. combine all ingredients except for 1/4 cup ketchup in a large mixing bowl. mix well and shape into a nice even loaf. place the loaf in a shallow baking dish and top with the remaining ketchup. bake for 90 minutes or until well done.
